Women's Ministry
It is not too late to sign up for upcoming Women's Bible Studies starting week of Sept. 5th.
Wednesdays
9:30 AM or 7:00 PM at East Lanier

1 & 2 Thessalonians - This study leads in a close examination of the
two letters of Paul to the Thessalonian church he planted and loved. Each
lesson's five days of questions (along with helpful comments and context) guide
in a process of careful study and application of the biblical text. The shape
and themes of each letter emerge, as well as Paul's overriding focus on the
second coming of Jesus as a constant lens through which to live and learn and
even suffer. Paul's loving encouragement and careful teaching about holy
living and working in preparation for Jesus' coming can speak powerfully to
Christians today.
Wednesdays
at 7:00 PM at Kelly Clark's home

Gospel Transformation
is a 36-lesson inductive study focusing on what matters most -
our ongoing need for the transforming power of the gospel. It goes
straight to the heart, exploring such issues as: believing our justification,
true repentance, true forgiveness, compassion, and much more. This evening
study is open to ladies who have not previously had Gospel Transformation
-first timers only.
Bible Study Methods - The hope in this study is to provide a
backdrop for life-long personal Bible analysis and interpretation.
Methods taken from a number of sources wil be utilized so that each
person will learn how to handle the Word of God better. If you've ever
felt too dependent upon commentaries and Bible study materials to teach you how
to read and understand Scripture, this is the study for you. Gospel Transformation is a prerequiste for Bible Study
Methods.
