East Lanier Community Church belongs to the Presbyterian Church in America, a denomination holding to the historic Christian faith, committed to planting new churches in North America and ministering the gospel around the world.

Our full doctrinal statement is found in the Westminster Confession of Faith, but the following seven points summarize what we believe:

        1.      God is a holy, infinite, yet personal Creator-God, existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
        2.      The Bible is his authoritative and inerrant word to us, applicable in every situation in life
        3.      Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is fully God and fully man.
        4.      We are inherently sinful, and cannot be redeemed without the work of Jesus Christ.
        5.      Jesus Christ died in our place and rose bodily from the dead on the third day.
        6.      A relationship with God is available only through faith in Christ, not by any good works that we can do.

Christ will return physically one day to bring his people home to live with him forever.
